Sundays

Sunday's are looking up. I got to sit in service tonight. Finally! There is such a vast difference between watching Pastor preach in the media room and actually sitting in service. The media room is quite distracting. There's always a lot going on, people coming in and out, fires to put out, etc. It gets difficult to hear, much less concentrate on the message. Sitting in the sanctuary focuses my attention on the preacher and the message. The presence of God is much more tangible in the sanctuary as well. The alter is accessible and so is giving. I love it! Hopefully Sunday nights will consistently be my time to sit in service and receive from God. I need to be replenished, fed spiritually so I have more to give.
